For the herbed butter In a small bowl combine all the herbs and spices along with the stick butter to make a 'butter paste' Spread the butter paste under the skin of the breast of the turkey and on the outside of the turkey Place the turkey in a crockpot, breast side down, sprinkle with a good amount of salt and pepper and more of the herbs and spices to your taste. Cook on low for 8 hours. You do not need to add any water to the crock pot, the turkey will make lots of broth. Keep the broth, we will use it in the Keto Stuffing.
To make the gravy, allow the broth to reduce on the stovetop or over medium heat add about 1/4 teaspoon Xanthan gum powder to the warm broth and stir constantly until desired thickness.The Juiciest Roasted Turkey Breast in the Crock Pot
