Preheat the oven to 350 degrees In a pan-fry 4 pieces of bacon, when bacon is done Eat it! but leave the bacon drippings in the pan. Over a medium heat, add the onion rings to the bacon dripping and fry up until golden brown, then remove from drippings and place on paper towel. In the same pan, add your mushrooms, with a sprinkling of salt and sauté until the mushrooms have softened a bit. Add in the green beans, season with salt and pepper to your taste, then add in the heavy whipping cream. Mix all together to combine, bring to a low boil. Add the onion rings to the top of the green beans and put into a 350 degree oven. Cook about 20 minutes until thickened and slightly golden and bubbly throughout.
