Keto Stuffing-Turkey and Dressing

Yes, you can have stuffing or dressing (whichever you call it) on Keto! Using ‘Keto’ Bread, let’s indulge a bit and make this classic holiday treat! I can’t wait for you to try it!

Keto Stuffing-Turkey and Dressing

Ingredients

  • 6 Tablespoons Butter
  • 4 ribs Celery diced small
  • 1 yellow Onion diced small
  • 1/4 cup fresh Parsley minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried Thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried Marjora5 ounces Turkey Breast (from our Roasted Turkey Breast in the crock pot!)-could also use chicken.
  • 1 Loaf Keto Bread, I used the Keto Friendly Wheat Bread from ALDI-diced and counter dried 24 hours or toasted in 400 degree oven until golden and crisp
  • 3-4 cups Turkey or Chicken Broth-(I used 2 cups of the left over broth from the roasted turkey plus some of my homemade chicken-bone broth-check out the recipe on the blog)
  • 2 Large Eggs-lightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Melt the butter in a skillet and sauté the onions and celery until softened.

Stir in herbs until fragrant about 1 minute.

Transfer to a large bowl add the bread, broth, eggs and salt and pepper to combine. Pour into a buttered baking dish, cover with foil and bake about 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake another 20 minutes or until golden brown.
