A Typical Keto (ketogenic) diet consists of eating approximately 20 grams of net carbs per day as opposed to a low-carb diet which can vary anywhere from 0-100 grams of net carbs per day. Carb Manager is just one example of a wide selection of apps that you can get to track macros. This app allows you to put in the macros that you are wanting to track and keep a daily log of your daily nutrition, fitness and overall weight and wellness goals. I can say, without hesitation, if you want to be successful and reach your goals, you have to know what and how much is going into your body. Keeping track of what you eat and drink by using an app like Carb Manager is one of the simplest ways to do this.

I know, you are asking, ‘What is the big deal about Macros?’. Here’s the deal in a nutshell. The Keto way of eating is based on a very low carb (carbohydrate), moderate protein, higher fat diet.
